Score Français (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the scorefrancais.org website and the TCF Canada / TEF Canada exam-preparation courses offered through it (the “Service”). Course and progress data. Information about the Plan you purchased, courses you access, quiz attempts, scores, and progress within the learning management system.
Payment information. When you purchase a Plan, payment is processed by Stripe through our WooCommerce store. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data — this is transmitted directly to and handled by Stripe. We receive limited transaction information (such as order total, Plan purchased, and payment status) needed to fulfil your order.
Communications. Information you provide when you contact support, submit a course question/review, or otherwise communicate with us.
Usage and technical data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically as part of operating the website.

We use the information we collect to:

Data retention. We retain your account and order information for as long as your account remains active and thereafter for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy. The Service is intended for users preparing for the TCF Canada and TEF Canada exams, some of whom may be under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without such consent, please contact us so we can remove it.
